3. Customs and Duties:
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations in the destination country. ShipX Worldwide is not liable for customs delays.
4. Tracking:
Real-time tracking is available for all shipments. Customers can monitor their shipment status through our online platform.
5. Claims:
Claims for damage or loss must be reported within 7 days of receiving the shipment. Proof of damage may be required for processing claims.
